- Dentist treatment intros / explanations - e.g. if a dentist wants to give a 2 min presentation on Invisalign or implants.
For patient testimonials we’d allocate at least 40 minutes per patient (approximately 25 minutes for interview and 10-15 minutes for cut away shots i.e., meet and greet, in the chair, waiting in reception etc).
A day of filming is typically 9am - 5 pm.
You will provide instructions as to what you want editing or the number of videos clips you require before the filming day.
E.g. A typical brief may be:
Infomercial that captures high class dentistry, beautiful surroundings and nervous patient facilities
Separate patient testimonials e.g. there could be 5 separate clips here
Spotlight clip on Invisalign - this will be added to our Invisalign page on the website
We will provide all the files for your web site and also a copy on DVD ready to play in waiting area or for promotional purposes.
You will be passed all video footage copyrights upon receipt of payment in full.
The infomercial will have a professional voice over / script which will be discussed during a pre production phone conference.
You have full input here if you would like to create a separate video for a particular treatment or aspect of your practice. E.g. you may wish to do a short video on Invisalign or Dental Implants. Please make sure that you know what you are going to say in these videos and have any props ready that you are thinking of using.
You have a day of filming so you have the opportunity to make the most of this if your time is organised then you will get the maximum value for money.
Prior to shooting any footage you will have a pre production phone conference with our director so that we completely understand what you want to achieve from the production.
Dental Design will be fully responsible for promoting the videos on the Classic+ or Premier Promotion package . We have set up a YouTube channel and will promote your videos through optimised videos.
Price: £3,900 +VAT
The price is inclusive of any traveling and accommodation costs (if applicable) in relation to the project.
If additional filming day(s) are required, this would be an additional £600+VAT per day however, there would be no added editing fees.
Payment terms
50% upfront payment, 25% on or immediately after the day of filming and the remaining 25% is payable on completion.
